- Remove build matrix strategy to match reference workflow
- Downgrade action versions (checkout@v2, setup-python@v1)
- Reorder steps (setup-python first)
- Change platform test to use main_platforms instead of matrix variable
- Move clang step before test platforms step
- Apply clang formatting to all source files
