Adding code for BLE gesture mouse guide

Adding code for BLE Gesture Mouse Learn Guide. Uses the Feather Sense to act as a BLE mouse. Accelerometer readings act as x and y movements, onboard button is left click and proximity sensor enables scrolling combined with tilting up/down
