* Adds a menu item for selecting type of ESP wifi type.

* Updated pin definitions to work with ESP hosted.

* Fixed residual debug modification.

* Added ESPHost support library.

* Removed local cloning of ESPHost and added to excluded from CI

* Updated boards.txt
