drivers: dma: intel_adsp_hda: change L1_EXIT defaults

Enumerate explicitly on which SoC's DMA_INTEL_ADSP_HDA_TIMING_L1_EXIT
should be set by default. For new platforms in the ACE series, the
default should be disabled.
