boards: nucleo_wba55cg: Document BLE support and blobs fetching

In order to build a BLE application nucleo_wba55cg fecthing controller
blobs is required. Document the command.

BLE support is enabled on nucleo_wba55cg. To build a zephyr sample using this board
you first need to install Bluetooth Controller libraries available in Zephyr as binary
blobs.
