This commit removes all references to the `xtools` toolchain variant in the
board YAML files.
Note that the `xtools` toolchain variant has been deprecated since Zephyr
v3.3.0 and now removed.
The removal process was automated using the following command line:

As these boards are completely simulated and do not represent any real
hardware configurations anymore, provide them with 1M of both ICCM and
DCCM to avoid any out-of-memory test failures.

it's possible to remove it from the board defconfig.

Gap filling in hex files are now disabled per default, and therefore
there is no reason to explicitly disable gap filling.
It has never been possible to disable gap filling in binary files.
Disabling gap filling would just result in the binary file to be gap
filled with the tool's default value, objcopy=0x00.

Full name was set based on the information available either in board
documentation or in Twister files.
Whenever applicable, vendor name was dropped from the full name so that
all boards have a consistent naming scheme.

This commit uses the new .. zephyr:code-sample-category directive to
categorize code samples across the tree.
Updates existing legacy references to manually defined targets to now
use :zephyr:code-sample-category: role instead.

Change source tree organization for Synopsys nSIM platform.
Classical ARC architectures arc_v2 arc_v3 moved to arc_classic
SoC and boards family.
nSIM SoCs were separated regarding series: EM, HS, SEM, VPX2.
This PR sould be seeing as the preparation for
addition new nSIM platform based on the RISC-V architecture.

After moving to HWMv2 em_starterkit_emsk_em11d_defconfig file was omitted.
Some of tests for the emks_em11d platform became broken.
