edc4f75b61 soc: nordic: Fix the way of enabling clock control for nRF54H Series
This is a follow-up to commit 7a2ce2882a.

Do not enable clock control by default on nRF54H Series SoCs when
the system timer is present, because clock control is not needed
for this purpose there.

Add missing `default y` in the CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF2 Kconfig option that
enables compilation of clock control drivers for nRF54H Series.
This way modules that actually require clock control (like drivers
that use radio) will be able to enable it using the generic option
(CLOCK_CONTROL), not the above one that is specific for nRF54H.

Update accordingly applications that referenced the CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF2
option.

c0c8952739 shell: do not enable subsystem/driver shell modules by default
Do not enable subsystem/driver shell modules by default and stop abusing
CONFIG_SHELL_MINIMAL, which is internal to the shell subsystem, to decide
when to enable a driver shell.

The list of shell modules has grown considerably through the
years. Enabling CONFIG_SHELL for doing e.g. an interactive debug session
leads to a large number of shell modules also being enabled unless
explicitly disabled, which again leads to non-negligible increases in
RAM/ROM usage.

This commit attempts to establish a policy of subsystem/driver shell
modules being disabled by default, requiring the user/application to
explicitly enable only those needed.

2453f16099 drivers: clock_control: nrf: Fix calibration dependencies
When CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_FORCE_ALT is enabled then calibration is
performed outside of the driver. In that case certain Kconfig
options where present which were dedicated for case when calibration
is performed by the driver. Side effects of those options lead to
conflicts when CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_FORCE_ALT was enabled. Fixed
those conflicts by introducing Kconfig option which indicates
whether calibration is performed by the driver or not.

460a97d378 drivers: usb_dc_nrfx: Enable and properly initialize nrfx POWER driver
This is a follow-up to commit 701e9befe4.

The NRFX_POWER Kconfig option should be enabled together with USB_NRFX,
not with CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF, as the USB driver is the actual user of
the nrfx POWER driver.

This patch adds also missing initialization of the nrfx POWER driver
and refactors a bit the usb_init() function introduced in the commit
mentioned above, so that it does not redefine the DT_DRV_COMPAT macro
and uses for conditional compilation the same Kconfig option that is
the dependency of NRFX_USBREG.

eddd98f811 kconfig: Replace some single-symbol 'if's with 'depends on'
I think people might be reading differences into 'if' and 'depends on'
that aren't there, like maybe 'if' being needed to "hide" a symbol,
while 'depends on' just adds a dependency.

There are no differences between 'if' and 'depends on'. 'if' is just a
shorthand for 'depends on'. They work the same when it comes to creating
implicit menus too.

The way symbols get "hidden" is through their dependencies not being
satisfied ('if'/'depends on' get copied up as a dependency on the
prompt).

Since 'if' and 'depends on' are the same, an 'if' with just a single
symbol in it can be replaced with a 'depends on'. IMO, it's best to
avoid 'if' there as a style choice too, because it confuses people into
thinking there's deep Kconfig magic going on that requires 'if'.

Going for 'depends on' can also remove some nested 'if's, which
generates nicer symbol information and docs, because nested 'if's really
are so simple/dumb that they just add the dependencies from both 'if's
to all symbols within.

Replace a bunch of single-symbol 'if's with 'depends on' to despam the
Kconfig files a bit and make it clearer how things work. Also do some
other minor related dependency refactoring.

The replacement isn't complete. Will fix up the rest later. Splitting it
a bit to make it more manageable.

(Everything above is true for choices, menus, and comments as well.)

Detected by tweaking the Kconfiglib parsing code. It's impossible to
detect after parsing, because 'if' turns into 'depends on'.

db90e24326 drivers: nrf: add support for forcing driver implementation
An external project extending the Zephyr RTOS and its drivers may have
subsystems that must use its own specific driver(s) when active. One
example is the nRF5x NVMC that must be scheduled in between radio
operations. A subsystem may also be dependent on its own drivers for
security, real-time and/or because of hardware constrains.

In order to not introduce non-Zephyr specific code into the Zephyr tree,
an option is added to disable the in-tree drivers in Zephyr. Because
Kconfig does not support a good way of de-selecting other symbols, a
variable on the form `<DRIVER>_FORCE_ALT` is added as a
dependency for each `<DRIVER>`. For example, the out-of-tree subsystem
will select `FLASH_NRF_FORCE_ALT` to disable the in-tree driver. A
solution for issue #8181 would open up for a more general solution,
however #8181 requires significant effort.

Support for out-of-tree drivers is added to Nordic drivers for
clock_control, entropy and flash.

A generic solution for this is desired. Issue #14527 is tracking that
progress.
