ede21b54d0 dts: arm: st: add pwr peripheral & wake-up pins nodes

7fff27329d dts/arm/st: wl: decrease Sub-GHz SPI frequency to 8MHz
Commit 246ea739bb ("dts/arm/st: wl: increase Sub-GHz SPI frequency to
12MHz") increased the Sub-GHz to 12 MHz. This matches the SX126x
datasheet, but there is no information about the maximum speed in the
STM32WL datasheet or reference.

This works fine when not using DMA. However with DMA activated (adding
entries to the device-tree and enabling CONFIG_SPI_STM32_DMA), I have
encountered some rare corruption. When it happens, the read from the
Sub-GHz device gets an extra 0x00 byte prepended, which confuses the
LoRaMac-node library and causes reception failures. Decreasing the
frequency to the next round number, that is 8 MHz (i.e. increasing the
prescaler from 4 to 6) fixes all the issues I encountered.

176d433b98 drivers: bbram: stm32-bbram: port to stm32wl
On STM32WL, the backup memory is defined as part of the TAMP peripheral.
This seems to be a deviation from the stm32 family where this memory is
defined as part of the RTC.

The STM32WL reference manual shows that tamp_pclk is connected to
rtc_pclk. This means that the clock required to run the TAMP peripheral
is the same as the RTC's. A quick port of BBRAM on STM32WL is achieved
by instanciating the bbram device as a child of the RTC and by modifying
the address offset to the first backup register from the rtc base
address.

262aeed339 dts: arm: st: move power-states to soc dts files
CPU idle states are not board specific. This patch moves STM32 idle
states to the core SoC dts files. Board can always tweak some state
parameters (if needed), but the definition belongs to core SoC dts
files, same as e.g.  peripherals.

Add the support of the temperature sensor in the ADC device-tree node of
each stm32 where it is available.
- Check all the ADC of the stm32 mcus where the temp and VrefInt monitoring
is available (based on the Ref Man).
- Check that has-temp-channel; and has-vref-channel; in the corresponding
ADC node of the DTS of each stm32 mcu is correctly set.
- Verify the VTEMP/ VREFINT activation in the in adc_stm32.c for example).
-Add the die-temp node (based on the ref man/ datasheet).

Prescaler was misplaced in pwm binding, instead of timers binding.
For example, TIM6/TIM7 doesn't have PWM capability,
but have a prescaler.

246ea739bb dts/arm/st: wl: increase Sub-GHz SPI frequency to 12MHz
The maximum supported speed according to the SX126x datasheet (I have
not found that information in the STM32WL datasheet or reference
manual). Increase the Sub-GHz SPI frequency from 1 Mhz to to 12 MHz,
which corresponds to a baud rate prescaler of 4 with a 48 MHz clock. It
also matches what is done the the STM32CubeWL package.

This reduces the time the MCU is kept running, thus reducing the global
power consumption.

7a77a31436 dts: fix location of stm32-specific property
The max-erase-time property was introduced for the STM32 flash driver,
but it was inserted as an optional property in the generic
soc-nv-flash binding which is used by other SoCs.

Make it a required property in a new st,stm32-nv-flash binding
instead, since it is at present a vendor specific property.

Update the DTS files accordingly. Keep the existing "soc-nv-flash"
value in the compatible list in each case, so that DT_HAS_COMPAT(...
soc_nv_flash) tests on these nodes will still succeed, but put it
after a newly added "st,stm32-nv-flash" compatible, so that the
SoC-specific binding will be used as it is discovered first by the DT
tooling.
