Modified files (yaml, dts, overlay, and c) which were using spi-cpol
and spi-cpha to be compatible with the new structure.

DTS property attributes are (by default) not required.
Explicitly specifying `required: false` is redundant.
Perhaps a warning to that effect would be useful.

All in tree device drivers use some form of DEVICE_DT_GET
so we no longer need to require label properties.
