Instead of writing to existing fake APIs, use dummy devices with empty
APIs. This allows us to place APIs in ROM.

native_posix is now deprecated.
Building these tests in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the tests or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for these.

`checkpatch.pl` requires that dts sources are indented with tabs,
fix all the spaces that slipped in while checkpatch wasn't watching.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Check conditions that happened during device init at setup stage, so
that we can reset fakes and make tests stateless.

Add a new test that checks if the API works as expected provided we have
a well-behaved implementation. FFF-based fake is used to mock the
implementation behavior.
