This commit removes all references to the `xtools` toolchain variant in the
board YAML files.
Note that the `xtools` toolchain variant has been deprecated since Zephyr
v3.3.0 and now removed.
The removal process was automated using the following command line:
git grep -l xtools -- boards/*.{yml,yaml} | \
xargs -n 1 -P $(nproc) \
yq -i 'del(.toolchain[] | select(. == "xtools"))'

Enabling `CONFIG_INPUT_FT5336_INTERRUPT` if the ft5336 node in DT
has `int-gpios` property.
As a result of this change, some boards can eliminate lines that
explicitly configure `CONFIG_INPUT_FT5336_INTERRUPT`.

Remove all USB and CDC ACM configuration in favor of common
configuraiton.
Do not adapt board-specific configurations such as unknown PID/VID or
string descriptors. There is no justification for using them on specific
boards, and we do not have formal approval to use them in the project
tree. Also, we need more uniform configuration, since the main reason
for enabling CDC ACM here is to allow users to run examples like
hello_world right out of the box. Of course, anyone is free to customize
these settings in their fork or downstream project.

Deprecate BT_CTLR, and add a new HAS_BT_CTLR as a virtual option which
specific users (like BT_LL_SW_SPLIT) select. This also means that we can
remove all places that were forcefully enabling the BT_CTLR option, and
instead we now depend on devicetree to get some local LL HCI driver
enabled which in turn also enables the HAS_BT_CTLR option.

Use configdefault when enabling LV_COLOR_SWAP_16 within boards and
shield definitions, to avoid OR'ing the dependencies for the Kconfig
symbol. Otherwise, a user manually selecting LV_COLOR_DEPTH will
encounter build errors as LV_COLOR_SWAP_16 may be enabled when
LV_COLOR_DEPTH_16 is not selected

Remove CONFIG_SDMMC_VOLUME_NAME, and set the disk name based on the
``disk-name`` property. This aligns with other disk drivers, and allows
for multiple instances of the sdmmc_subsys disk driver to be registered.
Add disk-name properties for all in tree definitions for the
sdmmc-subsys disk driver, and change all in tree usage of the disk name

Full name was set based on the information available either in board
documentation or in Twister files.
Whenever applicable, vendor name was dropped from the full name so that
all boards have a consistent naming scheme.

- Only one board tweaked the HFXO configuration (bl5340_dvk)
- LFXO configuration has been added to all boards based on the current
Kconfig defaults: use LFXO with internal 7pF capacitor.

Add common default flash partition layout for nrf52840 as many boards
have used identical flash layouts.
The default flash layout was updated to remove scrach in 2022 (9a84258)
but almost all boards were still using the previous layout, so this
updates them to the new layout with allows for larger applications.
This commit also incorporates feeedback from @nordicjm in PR #77791 to
change slot0 to 0x00077000 and slot1 to 0x00075000: "If you use swap
using move, you need a sector for the data to be moved up by, and you
need space for the swap status fields, which is about a sector, so by
making the changes here you get the full 0x65000 for an image, without
these changes you get 0x64000.

This reverts commit 518de763a6.
This commit switched nrf5340 devices to use the icbmsg
IPC backend.
Unfortunately this backend is not currently supported
in the nrf5340bsim target (it is not properly configured)
which results in a segfault during its initialization.
As this issue is currently blocking CI for all BT development
in Zephyr, let's revert this provisionally while we add
support for it.

Commit 3dbbb73 accidentally changed the MIPI_DBI spi interface from
spi4 to spi2 for this board during conversion to use the MIPI_DBI wrapper.
This does not work, and this change reverts it back to spi4.
Tested on actual boards (bl5340, bl5340pa).
Before this change LVGL demo displays nothing, after this change it works
fine again.

The drivers should be independent after the move to the new HCI driver
API. Having them as a choice also has unexpected consequences with some
drivers being unexpectedly enabled.
