Update counter drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree. Pieter De Gendt	4d161a3b23	drivers: counter: NXP SNVS rtc: Add support for NXP imx SNVS RTC ... Adds a driver using the SNVS high power and optionally low power RTC instances.
