The production version of the nRF54L15 SoC is now available, so remove
the initial Engineering A (EngA) preview version.

Allow using direct IRQs (which are obligatory when buiding
with `CONFIG_GEN_SW_ISR_TABLE=n`).

Renaming 'LOCAL' to 'RX' and 'REMOTE' to 'TX'.
This seems more descriptive and intuitive to use.
