nRF54H20 cpuapp and cpurad are now compatible with retained_mem,
so explicit list of supported devices can be removed.

Now retained_mem driver can utilize nrfx_ram_ctrl helper
for nRF devices. It provides abstraction over various RAM retention
peripherals like POWER, VMC or MEMCONF.

Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.
Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.
Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.
Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

Devices like the ATSAM series chips have retained registers
which are used to store memory. The memory is accessed just
like RAM, but since they are registers, their size and
address is used directly.
This commit adds a near complete copy of the generic retained
ram driver and bindings file, adding the reg property to
the bindings file, and updating the init macro in the driver
to use the reg address and size.

Unify the drivers/*/Kconfig menuconfig title strings to the format
"<class> [(acronym)] [bus] drivers".
Including both the full name of the driver class and an acronym makes
menuconfig more user friendly as some of the acronyms are less well-known
than others. It also improves Kconfig search, both via menuconfig and via
the generated Kconfig documentation.

Adds a new driver interface for retained memory devices which
can be used to store data and have it retained whilst the device is
powered thorugh different application execution states (though this
data may be lost in low power states).
