If CONFIG_SPI_STATS is enabled, the device state for all SPI controller
drivers must contain the SPI stats. This space is allocated by calling
Z_SPI_INIT_FN as part of the device definition; this is done automatically
when using SPI_DEVICE_DT_DEFINE instead of DEVICE_DT_DEFINE. If space for
statistics is not properly allocated but CONFIG_SPI_STATS is enabled, an
unexpected write to memory outside of the stats region may occur on a SPI
transfer. This commit uses SPI_DEVICE_DT_DEFINE or
SPI_DEVICE_DT_INST_DEFINE for all in-tree SPI controller drivers.

Fixes division by zero exception when SPI is configured to operate in mode3
whit CS controlled by software.
Such exception occurred because data->dfs is listed as the denominator in
a division inside the spi_esp32_transfer() function which is called from
spi_esp32_configure() (before assigning a value to data->dfs) inside
transceive() in the condition where mode 3 is chosen as the SPI operating
mode and the chip select is configured to be software-controlled.

Remove address-of operator ('&') when assigning `init_fn`
function pointer in `DEVICE_DT_INST_DEFINE` macro.
This change aims to maintain consistency among the drivers in
`drivers/spi`, ensuring that all function pointer assignments
follow the same pattern.

The clock should be initialised only once at the
drivers init function.
Check wether the subsys needs to be disabled in
peripheral initialization according to reset reason
in clock control.

In the case where a transaction is spilt due to the rx buff len
being longer than the tx or the transaction buffer exceeding the
size of the requested buffer with non gpio CS, the chip select
would be de-asserted/asserted in the middle of the transaction.

SPI driver is current working for common SPI devices.
However, addressable LED like WS2812 requires MOSI line to be
default LOW during initialization. This PR adds such option.
This has no effect on common SPI operation.

Refactor the ESP32 target SOCs together with
all related boards. Most braking changes includes:
- changing the CONFIG_SOC_ESP32* to refer to
the actual soc line (esp32,esp32s2,esp32s3,esp32c3)
- replacing CONFIG_SOC with the CONFIG_SOC_SERIES
- creating CONFIG_SOC_FAMILY_ESP32 to embrace all
the ESP32 across all used architectures
- introducing CONFIG_SOC_PART_NUMBER_* to
provide a SOC model config
- introducing the 'common' folder to hide all
commonly used configs and files.
- updating west.yml to reflect previous changes in hal

Word size setting limited any SPI transaction to the frame
size. In addition to making the SPI inefficient this
broke drivers that set the word size. It appears that most
drivers use a one byte (8) size for this setting.
This change respects what I think is the intended use of
the word size setting. That is to set the length of
each element in a tx/rx buffer struct.

This commit fixes the word size configuration issue
described in #54746 by considering the data frame size
when trasmitting in case the configuration is applied.
It also fixes an heap corruption problem when using
SPI DMA with a buffer that is not multiple of 32 bits
in lenght and GDMA instance in initialization.

Currently the driver only support software controlled CS
defined by cs-gpios property.
This commit enables the possibility of using dedicated CS
by setting the pins on pinctrl and omitting the cs-gpios
property.

Change the preprocessor identifier from CONFIG_SOC_ESP32C3 to
SOC_GDMA_SUPPORTED so it can include ESP32S3 in GDMA routines.
Remove hardcoded values from hal calls to use dma_host instead.

west.yml: update hal_espressif to use latest v4.4.1 updates.
This change needs to be insync with esp32c3 timer changes, otherwise it
breaks it.
drivers: timer: update esp32c3 systimer to meet API changes.
Systimer API was refactored in hal v4.4.1, which
requires updates in esp32C3 systimer. Timer behavior is maintained
as is.
mcpwm: add v4.4.1 include reference, which was refactored as well.
driver: spi: esp32: update internal structs to meet API changes.
cmake: updated esp32 board to use HAL_ prefix as from west blobs
requirement.

Adds a new spi_transcieve_cb API which enables asynchronous
SPI transactions with callback notification.
The exist spi_transcieve_async API remains and uses the new
spi_transcieve_cb API to provide a k_poll_signal notifier.
The driver API changes to provide a callback and userdata
parameter to async transcieve. All drivers in the tree
have been updated to the change.

ESP32C3 requires master init call to enable its clock
gate. Without this, SPI interface may not initialize
properly.

In case when we have multiple devices connected to the
one SPI interface the initial state of CS gpios after
MCU reset is floating and it might be low that prevents us from
communicating between particular devices. Fix that by
initializing all provided cs gpios and setting them as inactive.

A couple of SPI drivers use CONFIG_KERNEL_INIT_PRIORITY_DEVICE
as init priority for driver initialization. Let's change
it to the dedicated CONFIG_SPI_INIT_PRIORITY to make it
compatible with other ones.
