Måns Ansgariusson	c8a2a080ac	kernel: Rewrite k_pipe_* API ... The `k_pipe_*` API has been reworked to provide a more consistent and intuitive interface. The new API aims to provide a simple to use byte stream interface that is more in line with the POSIX pipe API. The previous API has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
