If trying to parse a string like 192.0.2.2:80/foobar and
setting the length to 12 which means to parse the IP address
and port, the parsing failed because it used one extra character
from the string. This issue was not present if the input string
was terminated after the port number.
Add a test case to catch this problem.

In case NET_NATIVE is disabled, certain network stack components do not
need to be compiled. Otherwise, they could throw errors if
--no-gc-sections compiler options is enabled.

Revise data type declarations to avoid implicit/explicit casts:
- Changed `unsigned char` to `uint8_t` for `zeros` array
to match with `longest`.
- Declared variables `i`, `j`, and `pos` as `int` to use the same type.
- Cast `value` to `uint16_t` instead of `uint32_t` since
`value` is `uint16_t`.
- Moved `bh` and `bl` declarations to narrow the scope of variables.

Several refactors and improvements for `net_bytes_from_str` as follows:
- Replaced manual hex digit checks with `isxdigit()`.
- Changed variable `i` from unsigned int to size_t for consistency with
the `strlen()` return type.
- Added `src_len` to store the result of `strlen(src)` to avoid
multiple calls to `strlen` in the `for-loop`.
- Ensured casting to `unsigned char` before passing to `isxdigit()` to
prevent undefined behavior.
- Explicitly cast the result of `strtol()` to `uint8_t` to match
the buffer type.

Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.
Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.
Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.
Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

__bswap_ in zephyr/sys/byteorder.h conflicts with __bswap_ in host's
byteswap.h. byteswap.h from host compiler used in posix_native_64 boards
causes a compilation issue.
This commit renames __bswap_ to BSWAP_ to prevent collision.
Before this commit a compilation error can be created by adding #include
<byteswap.h> to samples/net/sockets/echo/src/socket_echo.c
This does not change external API to byteorder.h, but does change
internal implementation which some other source files depend on.
Replaced manual byteswap operations in devmem_service.c with APIs from
byteorder.h which automatically converts to CPU endianess when necessary.

In order to avoid using multiple sources of truth for the platfom's
endianness, convert the in-tree code to use the (BIG|LITTLE)_ENDIAN
Kconfig variables exclusively, instead of the compiler's
__BYTE_ORDER__.

Instead of doing a 1-complement addition for every 16-bit word, process
32-bit words and handle the 1-complement addition at the end.

The code contained several repeated composite IPv4/v6 and UDP/TCP
preprocessor statements that can be simplified by introducing a hidden
NET_IP preprocessor constant that captures what probably is actually
"meant" by this code.
While we were on it we also used the new constant to further isolate
IP-specific code from non-IP specific generics.

IPv4 header options length will be stored in ipv4_opts_len
in net_pkt structure. Now IPv4 header length will be in
net_pkt ip_hdr_len + ipv4_opts_len. So modified relevant
places of ip header length calculation for IPv4.

System call arguments, at the arch layer, are single words. So
passing wider values requires splitting them into two registers at
call time. This gets even more complicated for values (e.g
k_timeout_t) that may have different sizes depending on configuration.
This patch adds a feature to gen_syscalls.py to detect functions with
wide arguments and automatically generates code to split/unsplit them.
Unfortunately the current scheme of Z_SYSCALL_DECLARE_* macros won't
work with functions like this, because for N arguments (our current
maximum N is 10) there are 2^N possible configurations of argument
widths. So this generates the complete functions for each handler and
wrapper, effectively doing in python what was originally done in the
preprocessor.
Another complexity is that traditional the z_hdlr_*() function for a
system call has taken the raw list of word arguments, which does not
work when some of those arguments must be 64 bit types. So instead of
using a single Z_SYSCALL_HANDLER macro, this splits the job of
z_hdlr_*() into two steps: An automatically-generated unmarshalling
function, z_mrsh_*(), which then calls a user-supplied verification
function z_vrfy_*(). The verification function is typesafe, and is a
simple C function with exactly the same argument and return signature
as the syscall impl function. It is also not responsible for
validating the pointers to the extra parameter array or a wide return
value, that code gets automatically generated.
This commit includes new vrfy/msrh handling for all syscalls invoked
during CI runs. Future commits will port the less testable code.

There are issues using lowercase min and max macros when compiling a C++
application with a third-party toolchain such as GNU ARM Embedded when
using some STL headers i.e. <chrono>.
This is because there are actual C++ functions called min and max
defined in some of the STL headers and these macros interfere with them.
By changing the macros to UPPERCASE, which is consistent with almost all
other pre-processor macros this naming conflict is avoided.
All files that use these macros have been updated.

Remove network specific default and max log level setting
and start to use the zephyr logging values for those.
Remove LOG_MODULE_REGISTER() from net_core.h and place the
calls into .c files. This is done in order to avoid weird
compiler errors in some cases and to make the code look similar
as other subsystems.

IPv4, ICMPv4/6, UDP, TCP: all checksums are meant to be one's complement
on a calculated sum. Thus return one's complement already from the right
place instead of applying it in each and every place where
net_calc_chksum is called.
