Peter Mitsis 461fcf4cef linker: drivers: Use Z_LINK_ITERABLE_SUBALIGN 
Updates the linker script fragments under 'drivers' to use
Z_LINK_ITERABLE_SUBALIGN for the subalignment instead of
a hardcoded value of 4.
