Peter Mitsis 62db185d5b linker: tests: Use Z_LINK_ITERABLE_SUBALIGN 
Updates the linker script fragments under 'tests' to use
Z_LINK_ITERABLE_SUBALIGN for the subalignment instead of
a hardcoded value of 4.
