Daniel Leung a5cc22b2a9 toolchain: defer setting variable LINKER till target tools ... The variable LINKER is dependent on CONFIG_LLVM_USE_LLD or CONFIG_LLVM_USE_LD, and these kconfigs are not available when toolchain/llvm/generic.cmake is parsed.
