Fixes: #78010 This commit adds tests for the "Gateway Advertisement and Discovery" process. This includes tests for handling SEARCHGW, GWINFO, and ADVERTISE as well as manually adding a Gateway for use. Gateway pruning when missing ADVERTISE messages is also tested.
