Kumar Gala bb03af637c drivers: gpio: remove unused HAS_DTS_GPIO Kconfig symbol ... All the gpio drivers are based on devicetree and thus we always set HAS_DTS_GPIO, thus we don't need this Kconfig option anymore. Remove uses as its safe to assume DTS is supported for GPIO.
