Emanuele Di Santo a2bb323861 drivers: cache: nrf: enable CACHE_NRF_PATCH_LINEADDR for nRF92 
Enable CACHE_NRF_PATCH_LINEADDR for nRF92 by default,
similarly to how it's enabled for nRF54H.
