renesas-ra/mpconfigport: Switch FATFS LFN to type 2.

LFN type 2 uses the stack to allocate the internal working buffer for LFN,
which is thread-safe and saves about 512 bytes of BSS memory (at the
expense of needing that much memory on the stack).
