The vendor and product fields in the `board.json` files were somewhat
inconsistent. Remove any duplication of the vendor name in the product
field so that `f"{vendor} {product}"` reads well.
In addition to that, update most of the URL's for `board.json` files that
are modified here, and match case and spacing used by the manufacturers for
the vendor and product names.

Allows two source files (ports/esp32/boards/deploy.md and
deploy_nativeusb.md for boards with only native USB) for all esp32
installation steps, with templated chip name and flash offset inserted via
string formatting.
The new files add more text to explain the esptool.py port auto-detection,
remove the unnecessary -z feature (already enabled by default), and add
a bit of troubleshooting and port detection info.

Relevant sdkconfig options are added into sdkconfig.base now
that IDF >=5.2.0 is required.

The new IDF v5.2 deprecated the task cleanup callback we use, so support
for the new option has been implemented in the previous commit. This also
requires a change in the sdkconfig, via a new variable
${SDKCONFIG_IDF_VERSION_SPECIFIC} which is used in all mpconfigboard.cmake
files to include an extra sdkconfig file based on the IDF version in use.

This commit:
- Finds a common set of board feature tags and maps existing features to
that reduced set.
- Removes some less-useful board feature tags.
- Ensures all MCUs are specified correctly.
- Ensures all boards have a vendor (and fixes some vendor names).
This is to make the downloads page show a less intimidating set of filters.

Rather than duplicating the implementation of `network`, this allows ESP32
to use the shared one in extmod. In particular this gains access to
network.hostname and network.country.
Set default hostnames for various ESP32 boards.
Other than adding these two methods and the change to the default hostname,
there is no other user-visible change.

ATOM is a very small ESP32 development board produced by M5Stack, with a
size of 24mm * 24mm, with peripherals such as WS2812, IR, button, MPU6886
(Only Matrix), and 8 GPIO extensions. It also has a plastic shell.
