Enables the ability to use frozen modules in the zephyr port.
Enabled by adding `CONFIG_MICROPY_FROZEN_MODULES` to the board
configuration file. Manually set manifest path with
`CONFIG_MICROPY_FROZEN_MANIFEST`.
