Damien George 01e570a347 stm32/machine_i2c_target: Implement I2CTarget class.
Works, tested on PYBV10, PYBD_SF2 and PYBD_SF6:

    buf = bytearray(16)
    machine.I2CTargetMemory("X", addr=67, mem=buf)
