.gitignore: Ignore PNG screenshot file patterns

Ignore the file patterns that chocolate-* use for screenshots,
so screenshots in a git checkout don't clutter "git status".

Ignore Emacs temp files and src/*.cfg src/*.txt
...
The latter two are useful when running the Windows build of Chocolate
Doom under src. We don't want to accidentally commit generated config
or stdout/stderr files.

Post-merge fixes: Created project for OPL library. Fixed OPL library to

not use GNU C-isms such as inline keyword, declaration/statement mixing,
and strange calling convention syntax for import function pointers.
Fixed critical buffer overflow in M_BindChatControls - should be
back-merged immediately. Added autogenerated directories *back* to
ignore list.
