The documentation for function/method "bit_set" is incorrectly saying that the n-th bit would be changed to 0, while in fact it changes this bit to 1.

trivial: spelling fixes

These typos were found and reported by Lintian in the Debian packaging
for gmpy. This patch fixes them. Although these are not super
important, they will make it easier to see real warnings/issues with
a cleaner Lintian page.
