axis.py: abandon DRO tab home&limit indicators JA

Browse source 
since they duplicate items shown on the Preview Tab (managed in
glcanon.py)

The number of cases (joint/teleop, identity/nonidentity,
xzlathe/historical-xyzlathe) make it increasingly problematic
to maintain.
