setup: add missing dependencies (#36)
* setup: add missing dependencies

Alternatively, we could make setup.py read from requirements.txt for
dependencies.

IMO, a better option is to always keep setup.py up-to-date with
library dependencies and add `-e .` to requirements-dev.txt.

* Add -e . to requirements.txt
