70eff4b834 Initial porting of MKRGSM1400 
PMIC handling needs to be decided; if we use the SDU method we could have troubles.
Probably the best way is using sercoms directly.
Anyway, the defaults SHOULD be almost ok (except the maximun charging current)

5136981437 Introduce openocd-withbootsize programmer 
Otherwise a compulsory property should be added to every board (3rd paty hell).
The bug is related with IDE's uploadUsingPreferences; the property map used to expand the receipe is derived from board properties and overwritten by the programmer's properties.
So no default can exist, and no global variable either.

c34dd05402 Keep ARDUINO_SAMD_ZERO flag for compatilibity 
- Instead of removing it in favor of ARDUINO_SAMD_FEATHER_M0 have both
  flags present to increase chances of compatibility with libraries.
