The clock_stm32_ll_common.c function set_up_plls calls
LL_RCC_PLL_Disable();and it was not waiting for the
disable to complete before trying to configure
the pll sysclock which creates a race condition for
pll configuration.The wait for re-enabling the RCC pll
is already there, it was just missing the wait for
the disable before configuration. Also added the wait for PLL2.

Add the configuration of the PLL Q divider of main PLL
and I2S_Q of the PLLI2S toset the PLL48MHz clock which feeds
the USB, SDMMC, RNG through the RCC_DCKCFGR2 register.

Support specifying divided clock buses by introduction of
STM32_CLOCK_DIV(div) macro. This macro can be used in devicetree to define
clock source of peripherals.
HSE is selected in devicetree using:
<&rcc STM32_SRC_HSE ...>;
HSE/2 can now be selected with:
<&rcc (STM32_SRC_HSE | STM32_CLOCK_DIV(2)) ...>;
This allows to use clock_control_get_rate() API in peripherals in order to
get desired clock rate.

Rely on the DTS to get the MCO input source clock and prescaler.
DTS configuration has been introduced and Kconfig method
deprecated two releases before and can be then safely removed.

STM32C0 have a different prescaler for SYSCLK and for HCLK.
Updates the clock driver to use the appropriate prescaler for each series.

Remove address-of operator ('&') when assigning `clock_control_xxx_init`
function pointer in `DEVICE_DT_INST_DEFINE` macro.
This change aims to maintain consistency among the drivers in

STM32 MCU shall set voltage regulator level with respect to set clock
frequency to reach optimal power consumption.
Voltage regulator is set prior to clock setting based on configuration
from dts/overlay file. Config_regulator_voltage is set as weak in
clock_stm32_ll_common - config_regulator_voltage can be
extended to other STM32 families without need to rewrite heavily
family clock driver, default one can be still used.

Make clock_control_on for STM32 behave the same as the HAL,
delaying after enabling peripheral clocks. Otherwise it may return
before the clock is actually enabled, causing subsequent writes to
peripheral registers to be silently ignored.

Flash is clocked with HCLK, while CONFIG_SYS_CLOCK_HW_CYCLES_PER_SEC
reflects SYSCLK. HCLK = SYCLK / AHB prescaler.
When dealing with flash latency, use HCLK instead of SYSCLK.
This changes reverts a abusive change done in an old commit (efd8ee465c)

Latency should be set before HCLK clock increase. Not doing so can result
in broken behavior.
For instance, at startup, MSI is @4MHz on L4 series.
If MSI is required to be configured at 48 MHz for future use a USB clock,
this will be done in set_up_fixed_clock_sources(). If flash latency is
not correctly set at this point fetching flash will fail..
Move flash latency configuration before setting up fixed clocks.

According to the reference manual the overdrive should be enabled after
setup of the sysclock (HSE or HSI) and enabling the PLL (PLLON).
The flash latency should be enabled after the PLL has been turned on,
but before switching the system clock to the PLL.

Create clock_stm32_ll_mco.h file to bring stm32_clock_control_mco_init,
mco1_prescaler, mco2_prescaler, MCO1_SOURCE and MCO2_SOURCE definitions
which were previously in clock_stm32_ll_common.{c,h}. This is done so that
stm32_clock_control_mco_init can be called from clock_stm32_ll_h7.c.
Also update Kconfig.stm32 and add new MCO sources to allow H7 support.

If clock frequency was already high and a ahb prescaler greater than 1
was used frequency could temporary become higher than allowed.

The get_status api allows to query whether clock is turned on or off.
Like the get_rate call, the status of gated clocks (for specific
peripherals), as well as domain clock sources(HSE, PCLK, PLL_P,..)
can be checked this way.

On stm32wb, M0 core may enable and disable CLK48 when using RNG.
Lock related hsem to prevent M0 to disable CLK48 when it doesn't need it
anymore.

In some case, we may need to describe a domain clock for a device
while there is no way to configure it (ex: USB clock set on PLL_Q output
on F405 devices > It is not selectable).
Then, configuring a device clock domain in the clock_control driver
will allow to retrieve its subsys rate.

For the stm32 devices that have a HSI48 clock,
the driver enables it, like any other fixed clock,
if needed and supported by the serie.
For stm32L0, SYSCFG VREFINT is also required.

The Flash latency depends on the sysclock
In case of the stm32F7 the regulator overdrive mode is set
depending on the sys clock freq.
The overdrive must be set before the first LL_SetFlashLatency.

DT node "st,stm32f105-pll2-clock" already exists but was not actually used
and PLL2 was not being configured.
PLL2 is available on STM32F105/F107 and should be turned off after turning
off PLL and turned on before turning on PLL again since PLL2 can be
used as a source for PLL. Source for PLL2 is always HSE.

On some stm32 mcus, the LSE is enabled as system clock (LSESYS)
only when the LSEON and LSERDY are both set.
The bit LSESYSEN is set in the RCC BDCR register
and the driver is waiting for the LSESYSRDY to be set.

MCO1 is also available on STM32F1 series (on top of STM32F4), allow
selection of MCO1 source with CLOCK_STM32_MCO1_SRC_* Kconfig parameters.
Available MCO1 sources are slightly different between STM32F4
(LSE, HSE, HSI, PLLCLK) and STM32F103 (HSE, HSI, PLLCLK/2, SYSCLK), and
STM32F105/F107 have a few more (EXT_HSE, PLL2CLK, PLLI2SCLK, PLLI2SCLK/2).
MCO1 on STM32F1 does not have a configurable divider (unlike STM32F4),
HAL call only configures source.
STM32F1 do not have MCO2.

Some stm32 devices, like stm32F4, do not have
a PLL Enable bit on the PLLP nor PLLQ divider
in their PLL config register (PLLCFGR).
The result is a empty function.

This commit adds support to select pll outputs as peripheral clock
sources to the stm32 common driver.
With this commit they are only available on
STM32G0, STM32G4, STM32L4, STM32L5, STM32WB, and STM32WL.
Support for STM32F2, and STM32F4, which also have p,q,r dividers,
is not enabled in this commit.
Also, stm32_clock_control_get_subsys_rate is extended to return
the configured frequency in case they are enabled, otherwise 0.

This commit configures the PLL_P divider for SOCs compatible to the
stm32_ll_common driver in case a value was defined via a dts property.
Additionally, in case the divider value is defined in the device
tree, the respective pll output is enabled during initialization
in set_up_plls().

In the stm32_ll_common driver the PLL_Q divider should not
be directly written to RCC->PLLCFGR->PLLQ, but should be
translated to the matching register value.
i.e. shifting the value to the correct position of the register
is not enough.
This commit makes sure the divider value taken from device tree, is
correctly translated ot the matching register register value by
converting it to a STM32CUBE LL definition LL_RCC_PLLQ_DIV_xx.
Typcial divider to register value mapping:
G0, WB, WL:
Dividers 2-8 mapped to register values 1-7(0 reserved).
G4, L4, L5:
Dividers 2,4,6,8 mapped to reg values 0,1,2,3.

The STM32_SRC_CLOCK_MIN and STM32_SRC_CLOCK_MAX defines
are not really needed because non valid clock sources are already
filtered out by the precompiler.
Only STM32_SRC_CLOCK_MIN was used once in code and can be replaced.

This commit adds a check for the validity of the "sub_system" param in
clock_control_on.
While for clock_control_off there was a check if the clock_subsytem
parameter is in range of STM32_PERIPH_BUS_MIN and STM32_PERIPH_BUS_MAX
this check was missing for clock_control_on.

Similarly to what was done on U5 and H7 clock_control drivers, enable
device clock source selection.
This is done by:
-providing implementation for clock_control_configure().
-updating clock_control_get_rate() to support various possible clock
sources (SYSCLK, PLLCLK, LSE, LSI, HSI, HSE).
-providing enable_clock() to verify requested clock source exists and
is enabled.
-adding LSI and LSE device tree based initialization to
set_up_fixed_clock_sources().
