If sc is specified (even as the empty list!) then it is the list of
stud coordinates and cc is the list of hex coordinates. If sc
is unspecified, then cc is used as both the list of hex coordinates
and stud coordinates.

Increase default ceiling thickness

At .2 layers, .4 is only 2 ceiling layers. 3 layers works better on my
machine.

.. apparently imagemagick should be able to do this, but not by
default, and some unspecified bugs prevent it from working properly
anyhow. see e.g.,
