Style improvements
...
Insert additional space between paragraphs to make the breaks more
distinct.
Make headings bolder and larger.
Make the weight of <strong> great enough that it is distinguised from
regular text on my Iceweasel where 16px Nimbus Sans is used as the
sans-serif font.
