Based on the type of information you have/need there are various ways of contacting us.
Users
Use these methods for help setting up and using LinuxCNC , and for general cnc topics.
- The primary means of contact is to join the users mailing list, hosted at Sourceforge. (there are also archives and older archives)
- The other preferred way to contact us, is on IRC (channel #linuxcnc on irc.freenode.net), (more information about connecting with your own client, and also a link to freenode's webchat can be found on their how to use the network page).
- The LinuxCNC Support Forum is a user maintained place to discuss LinuxCNC.
- The LinuxCNC Wiki site contains a wealth of user contributed information about LinuxCNC and CNC
Developers
Use these methods to contribute to the development of LinuxCNC , including documentation, translation, new drivers and components.

- Bug Reports and Feature Requests are handled by the Source Forge Tracking System.
Board
If you want to address the Board of Directors about a governance issue, you can do that by sending email to the board mailing list.
