ec5081263d Improve wording of some parts of German translation of homepage 
In particular:

* Consistently translated "app" as "App" and "tool" as "Programm"
  (IMO it sounds better than "Werkzeug" in this context)
* Translated "first-time contributors" as "neue Helfer" instead of
  "Ersthelfer" (the latter means "first responder", i. e. a person who
  provides first aid)
* Changed the structure of some sentences so they read better in German
  (sometimes following the English original less strictly)
